Kindergarten Transition

Preparing kids for kindergarten is simple – talk, read, play, and sing with your little ones every day to help them get ready.

Here are some resources that can help:

Learn about School Readiness

Ready, Set, Kindergarten! Literacy at Home: Provides a breakdown of 6 literacy skills with a breakdown of what the skill is, a video on what it looks like, and practice activities, printable activities, and online activities

Getting Started- Family Guides: Simple activities guides that align with 5 different domains of learning (Read/Talk Together, Connect Together, Play Together, Count Together, and Move Together)
