For 25 years, Smart Start Partnership for Children has invested in our Henderson County community by supporting, educating and advocating to build a strong foundation for young children. Creating and implementing a strategic plan positions Smart Start for continued impact towards creating successful, healthy children in Henderson County. In order to ensure that we are meeting the current and ever-changing needs of the young children in our community, Smart Start has recently conducted a Community Needs Assessment and a Child Care Demand Study to help inform our 2022-2025 Strategic Plan.
