Children cannot always stand up for themselves. We can all be advocates for young children in our community. Won't you join Smart Start Partnership for Children in this important and necessary venture?

Advocacy is defined as actively supporting a cause. The purpose of our advocacy is to help community members understand the issues facing families with young children and to motivate them to voice their views and opinions to friends, community members, and elected representatives. Whether assisting in efforts to help change laws or talking with a friend or neighbor, anyone can advocate on behalf of young children. As an advocate, your contribution guarantees our community continues to be aware of the needs of young children and their families and the importance of early childhood programs and services.
