Smart Start of Partnership for Children is governed by an active Board of Directors representing parents, health care, public agencies, private businesses, communities of faith, child care centers, educational institutions, civic organizations and concerned citizens. Board Members are volunteers who contribute their expertise, professional resources and time to building a stronger future for Henderson County.
