Smart Start Partnership for Children has received new grant funds to expand trauma-informed and resilience work and we are seeking a Project Manager.  This person will help us implement regional strategies that will build resilience in our communities. 

We are seeking an independent self-starter who thrives in strong team environments.  We are looking for someone who has familiarity with trauma-informed work and resilience initiatives, can develop relationships with a diverse network, has experience organizing and leading collaborative initiatives, and has a proven track record of convening and facilitating meetings and engaging stakeholders in both virtual and in-person settings. 

This position will work with a team designed to support and implement strategies across an 18-county region.
